Tagliolini Al Prosciutto San Daniele


1 lb. tagliolini
1/2 lb. Prosciutto San Daniele, minced
2 oz. butter
1/2 pint heavy cream
6 slices San Daniele Prosciutto

How to make the Tagliolini with Prosciutto San Daniele:

Melt the butter and add coarsely minced San Daniele prosciutto. Saute briefly, add the cream and stir well.

Cook the tagliolini in boiling water, drain and add to the pan with the sauce. Mix well.

Serve each portion of tagliolini wrapped with 1 slice of prosciutto. Garnish with poppy seeds.
