Ingredient:
Heart;
liver;
bellows;
bowels and retina of lamb;
salt
Preparation:
Wash well the bowels of the lamb.
Cut the heart, the bellows, and the liver asunder.
Insert them in the oven and half cook, salt, and wind all with the retina closing her/it with the bowels.
Salt, and you finish the cooking.
Serve warm.
