Two lb. puff pastry
12 oz. Ragusano cheese, first salting
One slightly beaten egg
Two tbsp. butter
Two oz. flour
How to make the Sfogliatine Con Ragusano E Miele – Puffs with Ragusano and Honey:
Roll out the pastry and cut it into triangles. Arrange the Ragusano cheese over the pastry and cover it with another triangle of pastry. Brush with the egg. Place the pie in the fridge for 5 minutes.
Butter and flour a cookie sheet, place the pastries on it and bake at 400’F for 15 minutes. Serve drizzled with honey.
