How to make Ciaudedda:
Cut the bacon into cubes, remove the artichoke hearts, and cut to retain only the bottom and peel the potatoes into cubes. Fry the onion with the ‘oil and bacon, add the beans, potatoes, artichokes, one dl water, salt, and pepper. Cook with the lid, stirring occasionally.
