Recipe Ciambella Bolognese

500 g of flour,
100 g of butter,
150 g of sugar,
Three whole eggs and egg yolk,
20 g baking powder
100 g of milk, salt,
Granulated sugar or tails

How to make Ciambella Bolognese:

Pass through a sieve the flour on the table, sprinkle sugar all around, and a pinch of salt. Make a hollow in the center of the flour, break the three eggs and add the butter (which you removed from the refrigerator a few hours earlier), yeast and milk. Mix well but do not work too.

The dough should be soft and break away from the table. Form a ring with a rather large hole in the center and place it on a well-greased baking tray.

With a knife, practice on the surface of some cutting here and there, brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle them with granulated sugar or colored tails.

Bake in moderate heat (160 degrees) for half an hour. Retire when the surface has taken a beautiful golden color.
