300gr ricotta cheese

How to make Chinulille:
In a medium mixing bowl combine flour, 3 yolks and enough water to obtain a soft and compact dough. Roll a sheet of dough.
In another mixing bowl sieve ricotta cheese and combine with 2 yolks. Mix well till creamy.
Arrange over the dough sheet some parts of ricotta cream, cut dough and prepare ravioli.
In a medium pan warm oil, when hot fry ravioli, drain with a paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve warm or cold.
