- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano®
- 1/4 cup sweet butter
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons white truffle paste
- 12 slices of toasted bread, 1/2 inch thick, 3 to 4 inches wide
- A pinch of black pepper
How to make Canapé tartufati al formaggio :
Put the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to a cream-like consistency.
Use as a dip or spread on slices of toasted bread cut into triangles
