- 1/2 cup boiled ham, (not smoked)
- 1/2 cup sweet butter
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano®
- 20 almonds skinned, dried and chopped
- 12 slices bread, 1/2 inch thick, 3 to 4 inches wide
How to make CANAPE’ AL PROSCIUTTO:
Put the ham, sweet butter and the Parmigiano-Reggiano in a food processor or blender and spread on the bread. Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
