Recipe Baci Di Dama


  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 oz. butter

How to make Baci di Dama:

Mix the almonds, butter, flour, and sugar to get a smooth mixture, and make little balls about the size of a walnut. Bake them on a greased cookie sheet for about 15 mins. at 350 F. Let cool. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

Dip the bottom of one of the cookies in the chocolate, then press it against the bottom of another so that they stick together. Do so with the remaining cookies and let them cool.
