How to make the Pesce Spada A Sammurigghu – A’sammurigghu swordfish:
Marinate the fish for 1 hour, in a container of oil to which you have mixed: 1 finely chopped clove of garlic, oregano, salt and plenty of pepper.
Finally cook the fish on the grill and serve garnished with lemon wedges and sprinkled with the liquid marinade you have heated in a pan for a few minutes.
