Penne Campane Con Fagiolini E Pomodori Secchi


– 350 g penne
– 1 clove garlic
– 40 g of oil
– 300 g chopped tomatoes chopped
– 300 g fine green beans
– 80 g Sundried tomatoes
– Oregano
– Salt.

How to make the Penne campane con fagiolini e pomodori secchi:

In a pan fry the garlic with oil, add the chopped fresh tomato pulp, salt and cook for 3 or 4 minutes over high heat.

Bring salted water to a boil with the beans ‘private ends’, add the ziti broken into 2 or 3 parts and cook.
