Bread carasau;
extra virgin olive oil;
garlic;
salt;
pepper

How to make Pani Guttiau all’aglio

Crush a clove of garlic in a bowl and add oil, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
Brush the gravy on some sheets of bread carasau, put them in the warm oven for some minutes, and serve warm.
