How to make Pane casarau
Pane carasadu (even Know as pane carasau), is a tipical sardinian bread.
Amalgamate the ingredients, stretch the thin pasta to round form, cook in the oven up to when it doesn’t leaven, inflating itself.
Gently remove from the oven, and when it is still swollen, cut it into two parts and bake again for the final cooking that will make it crisp.
