
Baked apple with cranberries and milk chips

Ingredients
4 Golden Delicious IGP apples
50 g cranberries
100 g sugar
50 ml long-life milk with the Alto Adige Seal of Quality
Cinnamon
Preparation
Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon, wrap them in aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Let them cool and then remove the core.
Mix (by hand or with a mixer) the cranberries with the sugar.
For the milk chips, preheat a frying pan, then pour in some long-life milk and let it caramelize.
Then remove it using a spatula: the milk chips are ready!
To serve, place an apple on the plate, add the blueberries and garnish with the milk chips.
