How to make Roulades of moccetta, apples and Fontina PDO
Lay out the slices of mocetta, place on top a piece of Fontina DOP of the same size, a 1 or 2 cm apple stick, and a little wild fennel.
Roll up pressing well and, if necessary, stop with a toothpick.
Serve with walnut bread, croutons, and acacia honey.
