50 gr of porcini mushrooms;
puff pasta;
mixed meats;
olive oil to fry;
2 spoons of tender peas;
dry tomato;

How to make Impanadas di funghi e/o Carni miste

Prepare skims, stretching them well with the lard.
Prepare the stuffing with the minced meats, having browned it.
Brown the mushrooms in the butter, add the peas, the dry tomato, the onion, and the minced garlic.
Form some disks with skims; put the stuffing at the center of every disk.
Put the disks one above the other and close the edges.
Fry and serve warm.
