Funghi trifolati – Sautéed mushrooms

500 gr of mushrooms;
olive oil

How to make Funghi trifolati

Clean the mushrooms, and cut them asunder.
In a frying pan, brown in the olive oil the parsley and garlic minced, add the mushrooms, and cook to middle fire.
Make to evaporate the water, mixing now and then.
Serve with a handful of fresh parsley.
