Funghi arrosto – Roasted mushrooms

Difficulty: Easy Time: 1 hour

Ingredients

1 Kg of mushrooms;
olive oil;
parsley;
salt;
garlic;
lemon

How to make Funghi arrosto

Mince the parsley and the garlic and put it in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon.
Mix all well.
Clean the mushrooms from the dirt, cutting the stems.
Start cooking them on a grill, and after a few minutes, pour a teaspoon of the minced on every mushroom.
After 10 minutes, salt and remove from the fire; before serving, pour some other remaining sauce drops.
