Crispelle Mbusse


4 eggs
4 tablespoons flour 00
250ml water
1 tablespoon olive oil


N.B. To make scrippelle “‘mbusse,” “wet” scrippelle or scrippelle in broth, about 10 cups of chicken soup or of chicken broth are required.

How to make the Wet crepes:

Generally the batter is very liquid, so you can add more water if necessary. The cooking must be done on non-stick pans well oiled over medium heat, is pouring the batter with a ladle in the pan, hence the skill and dexterity are essential to spread the batter evenly and to form a thin layer, like a veil.
