N.B. To make scrippelle “‘mbusse,” “wet” scrippelle or scrippelle in broth, about 10 cups of chicken soup or of chicken broth are required.

How to make the Crispelle MbusseWet crepes:

Generally, the batter is very liquid, so you can add more water if necessary. The cooking must be done on non-stick pans well oiled over medium heat, is pouring the batter with a spoon in the pan; hence the skill and talent are essential to spread the batter evenly and form a thin layer, like a veil. The cooking is speedy, and it takes a particular skill to turn to the half-cooked scrippelle for them to reach the firing on both sides.
Scrippelle is the basis of several essential food dishes, teramana including the “scrippelle mbusse,”: which is wet, immerse in a light broth of chicken after being sprinkled with parmesan cheese and rolled.
