N.B. To make scrippelle “‘mbusse,” “wet” scrippelle or scrippelle in broth, about 10 cups of chicken soup or of chicken broth are required.

How to make the Wet crepes:

Generally, the batter is very liquid, so you can add more water if necessary. The cooking must be done on non-stick pans well oiled over medium heat, is pouring the batter with a spoon in the pan; hence the skill and talent are essential to spread the batter evenly and form a thin layer, like a veil.
