Ingredients

swordfish cleaned and cut into thin slices
extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice
parsley
salt to taste

How to make Carpaccio di pesce spada – Swordfish Carpaccio

Arrange the swordfish slices on a low and wide plate, sprinkle with lemon juice, oil, salt, and parsley and leave to marinate for one hour. Serve.
