Aragosta alla brace – Barbecued lobster

Ingredients

1 Kg of lobsters;
salt;
pepper;
parsley;
garlic;
1 spoon of brandy;
lemon;
olive oil

How to make Aragosta alla brace

Cook the lobsters on a grill or in a moderate temperature oven.
At half cooking time, cut the lobster in two.
Season the inside with parsley, garlic, oil, lemon juice, and brandy.
Tie the lobsters with a kitchen string.
Put again on the grill or in the oven and continue the cooking for 15 minutes.
