Aragosta al vino bianco – Lobster in white wine

Ingredients

1kg. of lobster,
Vernaccia (white wine),
onion,
extra virgin olive oil,
water,
salt,
pepper

How to make Aragosta al vino bianco

Put the lobster in a pot with pepper and onion.
Fill the pot with half Vernaccia and half water, salt, and courses to ebullition.
Cook for at least three-quarters of an hour, drain it and take away the external case.
Cut it to dice and season it with extra virgin olive oil.
